FAQ…
What is your capacity?
Country Pines is an indoor/outdoor facility; we have flexibility with our capacity from April-November as we can expand outside. Our covered patio space has a capacity of 275 guests but we do have additional inside space to increase the capacity as well. The average wedding size for our venue is 150-200 but we have had as few as 50 and as many 500.
What is your alcohol policy?
Ken's Kegs (402-466-3336) has the liquor license at our facility. All alcohol needs to go through them and they also provide bartenders for your event making it a stress free night for you.
Can we bring in outside food?
No, Country Pines is the exclusive food caterer. We pride ourselves on our homemade food and keep our prices very competitive- just ask us for a menu.
Do you have any other vendor restrictions?
No, you can choose the vendors of your choice. Of course we have our favorites so if you need suggestions just ask!
Do you have limitation on decorations?
Just a few. We don't allow sparklers, silly string, or fireworks. Also, if you are going to have a flower girl toss flower pedals they need to be real as opposed to artificial. Candles are allowed, we just recommend that they are in a vase so that they don't get blown out throughout the day.
What do I get when I rent your facility?
Included in the rental is the set up and take down of tables and chairs, white or ivory table cloths, cleaning & utilities. You have the facility reserved from 9:00am-1:00am the next morning.
When can I come decorate?
All tables, chairs and table linens will be set up per your instructions by 9:00am. You are welcome to come and start decorating right at 9:00am.
How do I reserve a date?
In order to book a date you will need to put down half of the rental fee as well as sign a contract and the day is yours!
What happens if the weather is not cooperating?
Our outdoor patio space is completely covered so you can plan to have your reception outside still and be protected from rain as well as the sun if it is just too hot. Also, the gazebo area makes a great plan B for the ceremony site so that you can still be outside but be protected from the elements.
